In this article, we will analyse the conduct of the Brazilian legislative process regarding new reproductive technologies. Our main counter point is the debate that took place in the United Kingdom, in particular with the publication of the Warnock Report and the suggestions of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA).
