The text is part of a collection called Public policies, gender relations, sexual diversity, and race from an intersectional perspective. Written in collaboration with Gisele De Mozzi, it is the result of my participation in the seminar Sexual Diversity, Gender Relations, Race, and Public Policies – Intersectional Dialogues and Women: Education, Health, Safety, and Territory Policies (Diversidade Sexual, Relações de Gênero, Raça e Políticas Públicas – Diálogos interseccionais e mulheridades: Políticas de Educação, Saúde, Segurança e Território), organized in 2017 by the human rights center CRDH, which is affiliated with NUPSEX, a research group in sexuality and gender at the Psychology Department of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
