Disability justice

We believe that bodies with disabilities are expressions of human diversity. The disadvantages due to disabilities are, in fact, expressions of oppressive structures. If we agree that living with disabilities is one among the many forms of inhabiting our bodies, then fighting for the rights of people with disabilities is also part of the fight for social justice. It is thus necessary to build a society that welcomes physical diversity, so that disability justice can be supported by an intersectional view, with the anti-ableist agenda alongside feminism, anti-racism, and anti-lgbtphobia.
